Look out! It's got teeth!

Little Miss finally has a tooth! I'm not sure how long it's been there... we've been more focused on the two white bumps developing under her lower gum, but today I discovered a top tooth poking through! That probably explains why for the past week she'd be happy one minute and screaming the next.
